Registration Policies

Dear Business Visitor, we will require a scanned copy of your TaxID upon your arrival.

Registration Deadline:  OCTOBER 23, 18:00 HRS

1) Business invitations will only apply to company managers involved with the Digital Entertainment Industry.

A FISICAL PERSON MAY NOT APPLY FOR BUSINESS INVITATIONS.

2) Registration will only apply for the company’s representative and it is nontransferable.

3) The conformation will have to be printed and presented on the registration desk for VIPs and Business Visitors. Make sure that the bar code is clearly visible; we will require an Official ID as well.
Access won’t be granted to anyone without a printed confirmation. No exceptions.

4) Badge cancellation may apply when providing incomplete or inconsistent information.

5) All Business Visitors, without exception, need to follow the Show’s Regulations.  We reserve the right of admission to the Show. (R.O.A.R.)  

6) ANY BUSINESS VISITOR BORROWING HIS OR HER BADGE DURING SHOW HOURS WILL BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY.
